Camille Goldstone-Henry, CEO & co-founder of Xylo Systems, is a multi-award winning tech entrepreneur and scientist, with a love of all creatures great and small. 

As a proud Kamilaroi woman, Camille is a fierce advocate for wildlife conservation with a firm belief that every one of us has the power to make a difference in protecting our planet. Her work as a conservation scientist with endangered species all around the world inspired her to co-found Xylo Systems, an award-winning Australian biodiversity tech platform that helps businesses measure and manage their biodiversity footprint. 

Camille's unwavering commitment to biodiversity and innovation has earned her numerous accolades, including being named as one of The Australian's Top 100 Green Power Players of 2023 and KPMG Nature Positive Winner 2023. 

When she's not running a tech company, Camille is an avid snowboarder and surf lifesaver at Tamarama SLSC.
