
Helen Hunt
Originally from the UK, Helen is an Organisational Development and Learning practitioner whose career has encapsulated a range of roles including leadership development consulting to FTSE 100 clients, business development and operational management. Since joining Air New Zealand in 2012 her focus has been on developing suites of programmes for our Learning, Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion portfolios. Helen has a passion for developing initiatives which have equal impact on the individuals themselves, the organisational culture and the bottom line, commercial value to the business.
Helen has a passion for enabling people to be the best version of themselves and her coaching approach is to first understand the whole person; their background, history and personality to then support people on their personal growth through supportive questioning and challenge.
