Kim spent 30 years in the energy sector in global executive and company director roles with a large multinational organisation. Kim’s experience includes business and people management and managing change in a technical industry. In her career Kim learnt how to navigate organisational dynamics and developed the confidence to become a public spokesperson including during times of crisis management. She now has a deep interest in passing on these lessons to enable the career development of others. She is a current director and Principal Fellow at St Hilda’s College, University of Melbourne.   Kim has a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the University of Melbourne, and a Diploma of Business (Marketing) from Monash University. Kim and her husband live in Melbourne and have a daughter and a son who are both starting their own careers.
