A research professional with two decades of experience in higher education, I currently serve as the chief operating officer of CEVAW, the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. My expertise lies in facilitating partnerships and fostering collaborations that leverage scientific innovation for national priorities. With a strong background in scientific research and strategic research management, I focus on creating connections between academia, industry, and government to address complex challenges.

I hold a PhD in Chemistry from RMIT University, a Master of Management from the Melbourne Business School and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. My previous roles included Chief Operating Officer at FLEET, the ARC Centre of Excellence in Future Low-Energy Electronics Technologies, Research Centre Manager at the Monash Centre for Atomically Thin Materials and Researcher at the School of Chemistry, University of Melbourne.
