Leading through uncertainty

STA is pleased to present an online workshop focusing on empowering your team to continue to deliver during times of uncertainty.  In this information session you’ll refresh your leadership communication toolkit and identify easy wins to keep your team focussed.  Culture is put to the test during times of uncertainty and with confident leadership, your team can continue to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Led by Nicole Hatherly from Happiness Concierge we’ll discuss:

  • Psychological impact of uncertainty;
  • The role of recognition in focussing productivity;
  • Tools to set you teams up for success;
  • Managing expectations with suppliers & contacts;
  • Reporting and celebration measures to influence productivity.

 

Nicole Hatherly is a leading brand and profile strategist, international keynote speaker, facilitator, published writer and podcast producer with over 25 years experience delivering leadership strategies for international organisations.  Nicole works with academics, organisations and leaders to create impact.  She has worked with companies such as Department of Health, Kolling Institute of Medical Research, The University of Sydney, Mirvac, Lazard Australia and Science & Technology Australia.
