What’s the big idea?

soapbox

Applications for this opportunity have closed.

Have you got a great, interesting or disruptive idea to kick along the commercialisation of research, improve academic-private sector collaboration or catapult Australia’s knowledge economy into the stratosphere?

Here’s your chance to tell it to leaders in STEM and business, and set tongues wagging.

We want to give you a soapbox to stand on at Science meets Business this year, to get people thinking, talking and dreaming in new ways. Use it as avenue to bring people on your journey to creating new partnerships, new commercialisation ventures and changing the world!

Want to be a part of it? Send us your 150-word pitch by Friday 22 September. If you’re in the top 10 we’ll ask you to send us a one-minute clip of you and your pitch, and three lucky people will be chosen to step up to soapbox glory at Science meets Business.

You’ll receive complimentary registration to the event and will work with our facilitation partner the Centre for Nanoscale BioPhotonics to fill a five-minute slot and do your soapbox best.

Applications for this opportunity have closed.
